Tudor
Shock Resisting
Rare Explorer Numeral Dial / 1965

Intro

This classic Tudor dress watch from 1965 features unusual numerals that make this piece extra charming.

Story

Throughout its history, Tudor has produced a wide variety of wearable watches ranging from classic dress watches to hefty chronographs, but always with some noticeable accents such as interesting hands, numerals, and colors. Perhaps because the brand was positioned under Rolex, Tudor was allowed more flexibility for creativity that Rolex could not exercise. This model keeps things elegant and understated with a smooth bezel and clean silver dial. What really sets this piece apart, though, are the small details: the small Tudor rose logo, unusual numeral style, and sharp luminous alpha hands.
