Grand Seiko -- Accessories

In 1960s, the Japanese watchmaker Seiko believed they were capable of producing watches of the same quality as the Swiss. Grand Seiko is the result of their beliefs. It was decided that the Suwa factory in Nagano would produce the first Grand Seiko in 1960.  The birth of GS was followed by the success of the Tokyo Olympics and Seiko's victory at the Concours de Genève organised by the Observatory of Geneva.
