The watch itself, PHENOMENAL! However, after taking the watch out of the box and trying on for the first time, the Genuine leather” band fell apart on me like a saltine cracker! OVERALL, i would give 4 stars because of the communication, professionalism, and the watch being in the condition it was originally stated! Just the band breaking on me left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. |

What a rollercoaster ride ! Absolutely perfect shipping by Michael, pictures, videos, packaging : customer service of the highest class. But first time I tried to set the time, the crown and stem detached from the watch. Turns out the retaining screw had loosened, it had nothing to do with the the shop or the shipment, but it got my heart racing for sure ! Brought it to the shop for a litteraly 30 seconds repair, they tested it and told me it was very accurate and had been really well serviced. 100% would recommend ! |
